Purpose of the Residents Management Company.
Included in the individual Purchase Contracts for the residential properties comprising the Area known as Stationfields is a clause which states that the cost of the management and maintenance of the common areas of the estate (edged in red on the plan) will be paid by the property owners. Property owners can also be called upon to become a director of the company.
The responsibilities for the management and maintenance of the above areas will be carried out by a Management Company appointed by the directors from time to time.
Residents will be notified of the AGM and invited to attend.
Typical Maintenance works
Cutting and trimming of all grass areas
Cutting of all hedges
weeding and edging beds
Pruning trees
Cutting back shrubs plants and mulching
Weeding including hard standing areas
Litter picking
Maintaining culvert.
In addition to the above a reserve fund for longer term repairs to the roads, pavements etc needs to be accumulated and retained for future repairs and emergencies.
